The client was extending their office occupancy by 25%. Concept’s brief was to reconfigure the additional first floor offices to make them more efficient and design the additional space in sympathy with their existing offices. We also replaced the raised floor, installed the infrastructure cabling in the new offices and in conjunction with Lancaster Corporate Environments upgraded all the first floor furniture.
