Concept combined a Category A fit out for the landlord (CLS) to prepare the property for market, with a Category B fit out for the client (BHP), to prepare it for occupancy. Our involvement in both fit outs made sure there was continuity in project management and workmanship. It also meant the project was completed within just 12 weeks, which suited both client and landlord perfectly.
