Concept UK was established by David Kirby in 1992. His emphasis on delivering unrivalled customer service, design expertise and project management capabilities is a successful formula that has been enjoyed by an extensive portfolio of Concept’s clients for over 15 years.

In 2006 Concept changed its name to Concept Plc. Becoming a Plc gives our clients even greater peace of mind regarding the financial stability of our company. Today our clients see more clarity as our finances and operational systems are audited to the highest standards. It also means that our books and processes have to be completely transparent as they are regularly audited.

To maintain and improve our high standards of corporate integrity – something we believe every client should expect to receive, we have also appointed a qualified lawyer as an independent Company Secretary.
