That’s where our TLC team come in.
If you’re undertaking a sizeable project, you’ll be assigned a member of the TLC team. Their role is to provide you with a reassuring point of contact for any non-design/project management related queries you may have. They’ll also maintain contact with you following the completion of your project to make sure that everything is ok and offer you workspace related advice and information.
Whilst that gives us an opportunity to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with our workmanship, it gives you the reassurance that we’re on hand should you need us. But more than that, it gives you access to a wealth of knowledge and experience that’s yours for the taking.
