A Little Bit of TLC Goes a Long Way

Office design and fit out specialists, Concept, has launched a new client support team to assist major clients throughout their project and following its completion.

Concept’s TLC Team is designed to give clients a reassuring point of contact for any non-design/project related queries they may have. Each major client will be assigned a TLC advisor who will be on hand throughout the course of the project. They will also maintain contact following the completion of the project to ensure that they are completely happy with the work and to offer further workspace related advice and information.

Concept’s Managing Director, David Kirby says, “Over the course of working with a client we learn a lot about their business. We come to understand what their office requirements are for the present and for the future. And from experience we know that we’ve got a lot of knowledge and information that can be of benefit to them going forward. The TLC Team gives us an opportunity to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied with our workmanship. It also gives them the reassurance that we’re on hand if they need us, and it provides them with access to a wealth of knowledge and experience.”
