Concept Complete Fit-out of White Clarke’s Brand New Head Office
Concept Plc of High Wycombe has recently completed the fit-out of White Clarke Group’s newly purchased head offices in central Milton Keynes. The contract which was valued at over £300K included the design and fit-out of the newly built 17,500 square foot four storey building.
The White Clarke Group is a global software solutions provider for the financial services sector. Having leased premises in Milton Keynes for the last nine years, White Clarke purchased a self contained building last year. Following recent acquisitions the move is expected to facilitate further expansion in the future.
Interior design and fit-out specialist Concept Plc was invited to pitch for the fit-out project. Concept was selected on the basis that their proposed design exactly matched the brief. Denise Canvin, PR & Marketing Manager for White Clarke Group comments, “I was very impressed with the way in which Concept presented their ideas and the fact that our specifications were interpreted to the letter. We wanted to incorporate our branding and corporate identity throughout the design and utilise our existing furniture. We also needed the proposed layout to take into consideration our future plans for expansion and we felt that Concept’s design met all of our requirements”.
The work, which included partitioning, co-ordination of electrical work, joinery work, the installation of air conditioning, kitchen, audio visual equipment and storage areas, as well as designing and building an impressive reception area, meeting rooms and common parts was completed in just twelve weeks.
